Comedian-actor Tracy Morgan has been ordered to wear a court-issued ankle bracelet to detect alcohol vapors in the skin. The bracelet will monitor alcohol levels every 30 minutes for 90 days. If Morgan tests positive for alcohol, he will have to restart the 90 days and if he fails a second time, he will be forced to spend 30 days in county jail.
