Oxygen is kicking off its search for the next great female comedy genius, giving one aspiring woman producer the chance to have her own comedy series on Oxygen’s broadband channel, SheDidWhat.tv. The “Create-A-Series Comedy Competition” is on the hunt for bold, sassy and confident filmmakers to create a comedy series that is targeted to women ages 18-39. The winning series will get ten to thirteen episodes, three to five minutes in length, that will air on SheDidWhat.tv. Comedienne and SNL vet Molly Shannon will judge the contest.
The contest runs through August 31.
