“Digg meets Twitter meets Seinfeld”
Famed Internet humorist Aaron Karo announced the launch of his start-up Ruminations.com, a user-generated humor site that enables members to write “ruminations” (funny observations or anecdotes less than 100 words) and share them with the community. The best submissions are voted to the top of the site.
The site is an extension of the Ruminations brand that Karo has been cultivating since 1997 in a viral email column and two books. Ruminations.com is positioned as an alternative to watching comedy videos, which require an investment of several minutes and often disappoint.
The comedian made his late-night television debut on the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson last Friday.
