Kevin Gilchrest, a 20-year veteran barber, hopes to fill the comedy void in Winston-Salem, NC by converting his downtown barbershop into a jazz and comedy club. The club will offer shows at 8:30pm and 10:30pm Fridays and Saturdays. The 4th St. Studio Barber Shop Comedy & Jazz Club is located at 628 W. Fourth St.
