Specialist Andrew Higgins, an aspiring comedian and Iraqi soldier stationed at Fort Sill in Oklahoma claims that he rented the Funny Bone in Fairview Heights for $1,000 to produce a show during his leave in August and was stiffed by the club which shut down.
