Entertainment Studios, Inc., the largest independent producer and distributor of first-run syndicated television programming for broadcast television stations, announced today a firm go for its brand new stand-up comedy television show, Comedy.TV.
A weekly one-hour comedy television series shot in HD, Comedy.TV — created for prime time — is being cleared on broadcast television stations nationwide for Fall, 2009. The series was created and developed by Byron Allen, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Entertainment Studios, Inc.
“We are thrilled to have a platform where the world’s best comedians can shine and make people laugh,” says Allen. Actress-comedian Whitney Cummings (“Made of Honor”) will host Comedy.TV.
