AOL has announced the winners of its 2010 City’s Best program 2010, providing a guide to the best local food, entertainment and lifestyle options in several major cities. From October 13 through November 30, New York City and Los Angeles residents cast their votes to select their favorite comedy clubs. The winners for Best Comedy Clubs:
