Michael Moore and Jeff Garlin have announced the lineup for the 2nd annual Traverse City Comedy Arts Festival which takes place February 10-13. Comedians Patton Oswalt, Caroline Rhea, Jeffrey Ross, Ted Alexandro and Joe DeRosa will perform at the festival along with Moore, who will debut his original one-man show. Garlin will host Jeff Garlin’s Hootenanny featuring rising-stars Aubrey Plaza (NBC’s “Parks and Recreation”) and Brett Gelman. The festival will also premiere the comedy documentary, Exporting Raymond by Everyone Loves Raymond creator Phil Rosenberg. The movie follows Phil’s attempts to create a Russian version of Raymond for Russian TV.
The complete schedule will be released on Friday, January 21. Venues for the comedy festival will include the State Theatre, the City Opera House, the Old Town Playhouse and Horizon Books.
