The first-ever Florida’s Funniest Comedy Contest will kick off its 11-city tour on Tuesday, August 16 to find Florida’s funniest comedian. Each competition will feature 11 competitors and the winners from each city will advance to the finals on November 9 at the West Palm Beach Improv.
The winners will be selected by industry professionals and the finals will be judged by the biggest names in South Florida Comedy.
The first place winner will receive an 11-week tour at the 11 cities that hosted the competition, a guest spot at the world famous Gotham Comedy Club in New York City and at the world famous Melrose Improv in Los Angeles, in addition to a meeting with a top talent agency in Los Angeles.
The second place winner will receive a one week engagement at Bonkerz Comedy Club in Las Vegas, and the third place winner will receive an award ribbon.
