The Cape Fear Comedy Festival is accepting submissions for its annual event starting January 1, 2013. Early bird submissions will be accepted through January 31 along with a submissions fee of $25. Starting February 1, the submissions fee will increase to $35. The submissions deadline is February 15. A limited number of performance spots are available. Comedians can submit online a link to (5) five-minute video, bio and Web site url with headshot.
The 4th annual Cape Fear Comedy Festival will take place May 1-4, 2013 at the Soap Box Laundro Lounge entertainment complex (home of Nutt Street Comedy Room) and a few other venues in Wilmington, NC. Past headliners have included Maria Bamford, Tig Notaro and Kyle Grooms.
