Seattle’s top-rated comedy club, Laughs Comedy Spot will celebrate their fifth anniversary in June with comedian Matt Braunger, featuring Jesse Case on June 8-9 at 8pm and 10pm. The 220-seat theatre, owned by stand-up comics Dave and Angela Dennison, has featured some of the biggest names in comedy and celebrates many trailblazing “firsts” such as the first comedy club on the west coast to headline Comedian Hannibal Buress, the first club in the Northwest to headline Whitney Cummings, and the first club on Adam Carolla’s comedy club tour in May of 2010.
It nurtures new talent with an Open Mic Night on Tuesdays, hosts special events and attracts national headliners on the weekends such as Aisha Tyler, Todd Barry, Jake Johannsen,Tommy Johnagin, Orny Adams and Andy Kindler.
