The seventh season of High Stakes Poker, premiering Saturday, February 26, airing Saturday nights at 8:00pm and 11:00pm ET/PT on GSN, will feature new host-poker player and comedian Norm Macdonald. The new season will feature a lineup of world-renowned poker champions and high-stakes amateurs. The competition takes place at the five-diamond Bellagio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
Norm Macdonald begins his first season as host of High Stakes Poker, following longtime host Gabe Kaplan. Macdonald is a passionate poker player who has competed in The World Series of Poker and in celebrity poker tournaments, playing for charity on behalf of Paul Newman’s Hole in the Wall Gang camp for children with cancer. Macdonald boasts a long career in comedy-and a serious reputation as a poker player.
