The 2nd Annual Philly Hip Hop Awards have announced the nominees for best comedian. Representing Philadelphia in the comedy category are comedians Kevin Hart, Turae, Michael Blackson, Spank, Buckwild, Denny Live and Chris Kennedy. Fans can vote online until April 18 at noon. The winners will be announced April 19.
